Education of System in Singapura

Assalamualaikum wr.wb
Hello ... Welcome back to my blogspot. This time I will discuss the education system. Before discussing the point, do you know the understanding of the education system? The education system is the components that work together to achieve a goal. This time I will discuss the education system of a neighboring country, namely Singapore. The education system in Singapur is ranked 4th best education system in the world and the highest in Asia.

The education system in Singapur is not much different with the education system in Indonesia, they also hold national exams or often called the UN for every student who wants to continue to the next level of education. But there are differences that make the education system in Singapur the best education system. Children in Sinagpur entered the world of formal education starting from Kindergarter School and going to Primary School for 6 years. After that they went on to Secondary School - High School for 5 years, then before entering the college level or University they had to follow the preparation level to go to college (centraised institute or junior colleges) for 3 years. Why is it like that so they are familiar with the world of college. However, the length of time a person completes education at every level of Secondary School varies. Because every child is put into class according to their abilities, there are 3 classes at Secondary School, including:
  1. Express

Express classes at the Secondary School level are if a child has more or smart skills. For express class children, they can complete Secondary School for 4 years.

 2. Normal Academic

Normal Academic Class if before entering class 5, in the 4th year they must take the national "N" level test to be able to take the class. After in the class 5 , there is another national exam called "O" Level test.

 3. Normal Technical

Techniccal Normal Class can be compared to a Vocational School. So, after they have graduated from Secondary School they can continue to the Institute of Technical Education for 2 years and if they wish to continue to a higher level they can take Polytechmic (to get a diploma) and work immediately.

The Singapore version of the National Examination, the "O" Level Test, is the name of the National Examination for secondary school. The difference with their National Examination does not determine someone's graduation because according to the Singapore Government everyone has the same opportunity to continue their education. So for students sitting in grade 4 Express or those in grade 5 Normal Academic already have to take the "O" Level Test to graduate from secondary school. After Secondary School, they must enter the university level before entering university, which is Centralized Institute or Junior Colleges (tertiary education, preparation for university level). But, for those who have good grades (points 1 to 14) they can go directly to Junior Colleges with a duration of two years. If they do not have the value of the points mentioned, they proceed to Centralised Institute, which has a longer time, which is three years. After that they must pass a national exam called "A" Level Test or Advanced Level Test. The test given is certainly more difficult, because it will enter the University. But, with the many tests passed, universities in Singapore can get qualified students.

The Singapore Education System is the best education system in ASEAN, because the progress of education in Singapore is supported by many factors. Among them are adequate facilities. For example, every school in Singapore has a school web that is useful for connecting students, teachers, and parents. besides, in each class there is a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) for the learning process. Other facilities, the availability of a transportation system that has access to all schools in Singapore that makes it easy for students to go to school. The cost factor also greatly affects the quality of education. Because if school fees are cheap, everyone in the country can get an education easily. In Singapore, tuition fees are adjusted to the ability of the people, plus scholarships for disadvantaged people. Another factor that causes Singapore to become the country with the best education system in ASEAN is the educator factor. The screening process to become a teacher is very strict and the prospective teacher received is adjusted to the number of teachers needed, so that all prospective teachers will definitely get a job. After being audited, the prospective teachers were given training before work, so the teachers had received the previous training. In addition, there are many salaries given to teachers in Singapore. This causes the lives of teachers to be guaranteed their welfare.

So the education system is very important in the world of education because without a system it will not run like the analogy a computer will not live if there are no components of the computer system. So many of the discussions about the education system in Singapore. Hopefully this discussion is very useful for readers. In this explanation we can learn that the education system can become our benchmark for a better education system. Education is a very important aspect of our lives.

Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus

Assalamualakum
Welcome back to my blogspot. This time , My blogspot will be explain about Men Are From Mars and Women Are From Venus. The titles from a novel book by John Gray. This book describes Men from Mars and women from Venus. Why like that, sometimes live man who lives on planet mars and live women who lives on planet venus.

Where they have a difference is that men are thinkers and women are feelings. Then the Martians looked through their telescopes and found Venusians. Just a glimpse of Venusians having feelings they never knew. They fall in love and quickly, people march to planet Venus. The Venusians welcome Martians with open arms. They intuitively know that today
will come. Their hearts are wide open for love they have never felt before. Love between Venusian and Mars is magical. They are happy together, doing things together, and share together. Even though they are from a different world, they enjoy their differences.

They spend months learning about each other, exploring and appreciating their different needs,
preferences, and patterns of behavior. For years they lived together in love and harmony. Then they decided to fly to Earth.

In the beginning everything was beautiful. But the atmospheric effects of the earth that make them sleep and they wake up forget their differences. Martians and Venusians forget that they are from different planets. The memories of everything they learn about their differences are erased from their memories. And since that day men and women have experienced conflict. Where men mistakenly expect women to think, communicate, and react like men. women mistakenly expect men to feel, communicate, and respond to the way women do it. They forget everything they learn from their differences.

God has created humans in pairs and men and women have differences and their own nature. So humans must understand each other's differences and their nature. Humans cannot live without the help of others because men and women must need each other, among others, and the key to establishing silatuhromi is mutual understanding. That is the explanation of John Gray's novel. Thank you for visiting my blog. Look at updates from my blog. Hopefully this explanation can be a useful science. :)
